About the trainer
Our trainer is an Army veteran that owns and operates The Notary Hand, LLC (TNH). He began doing closings as a Certified Loan Signing Agent in 2009.
In August of 2014, The Notary Hand, LLC was established. During this time, TNH obtained a physical office in a convenient location to accommodate evening and after-hour closings.
So that we could establish a strong team of signing agents, TNH created a training curriculum, where we could teach in-coming notaries how to be strong and successful certified signing agents.
Our sense of style, and teaching methods allows for an easy learning environment. The certified training course is lively and filled with enjoyable activities. Most importantly the lessons are beneficial to becoming an effective signing agent.

I had to turn in a document this morning and didn’t realize until last night that it needed to be notarized. It was 9pm when I realized this.
After a quick search on google, my wife found this and one other place advertising 24 hour mobile notary service here in Schertz. The first place didn’t seem attractive simply because the voice on the other end of the phone seemed condescending and curt.
The gentlemen I spoke with here, Eliot Paulk, was both courteous and friendly. Even more so in person. He offered to meet me at the office and within 45 minutes I had my document notarized.
Former military, Eliot is a very kind person and happy to help you out. Glad to do business with him and will definitely do so in the future.
